1. “Log In” or click “Forgot Log In”
2. Click “Payment History”
3. Click “Purchase or Renew Membership or Subscription”
4. Click Pay By Credit Card
5. Enter Required Information Click “Pay Using Authorize.net”

Note: If you pay by check you will not be activated until the Treasurer or Membership Director manually approves your membership online when check is received.

iContact Email Instructions

STEP 1 - Sign in with your username and password.

STEP 2 – Click on the “Create” tab and choose “Create a Message”

STEP 3 – Copy and paste in the URL of the Newsletter template (from your website).

STEP 4 – Enter your message text into the editable template area.

Don’t forget to hit the “Copy Text” button.

STEP 5 – After selecting “Choose Destination” you will have to select an address list to send to.

STEP 6 – After selecting an address list, enter your initials and choose to either deliver the message immediately, or schedule the delivery for a later time and date.

STEP 7 – Track the success rate of your messages by clicking on the “Track” tab. You can view results for your latest message, or all previous messages.

1. Go to your www.YourDomain.com/cpanel – type in your username & password
2. Click The First top left icon labeled “MAIL” Not “WebMail”
3. Click the 3rd line “Add/Remove/Manage Accounts
4. Click “Add Account” at the bottum

NOTES: 10 megs is enough for your quota never exceed 20. Make sure you do not leave a copy on the server if using Outlook.

If your webmail is working correctly then your settings are incorrect in Outlook and or you are having an IT issues on your computer which will require a technical service charge of $25 per half hour of support.
