Empowering businesses with cutting-edge digital marketing tools since 1997

59x return on ad spend for one Toast POS restaurant. 26x average across hundreds more. That's Restaurant Revival — the program Micah Gaudio built to put butts in seats within 30 days using Google Ads tied directly to Toast sales data, then fill the gaps Toast can't cover with a fully AI-ready GoHighLevel account. He's opened hundreds of restaurants, worked with thousands, and scaled sweetFrog past 500 stores with 5 million loyalty members. He knows what an empty Tuesday costs you.
Then there's the traffic you're already paying for and never see. Roughly 97 out of every 100 website visitors leave without a name. GO Agency's Identity Resolution stack — Website ID, Search ID, Business ID and Clean ID — puts names, emails and phone numbers to about half of them, drops them straight into GoHighLevel, and follows up before your competitor knows they exist. One client's very first campaign to resolved visitors: 784 opens, 658 clicks. An 83% click-to-open rate. Industry average is 10–15%.
And the part that makes it all run without you: Micah is HighLevel Certified and one of the platform's top-tier resellers. His team of certified admins sets businesses up with GoHighLevel's full AI Employee — Voice AI that answers every call, Conversation AI that books appointments by text, Reviews AI that responds to every Google review in minutes — so leads get handled at 2 a.m. the same as 2 p.m.
He earned the right to talk about reviews. Google Certified in 2004, signing businesses up for Google Maps in 2005 before most owners knew it existed. Level 9 Google Local Guide: 1,010+ reviews, 9,489+ photos, 678+ videos, 182 million photo views and 16.7 million video views. That's not a hobby. That's 20 years of understanding exactly how Google decides who shows up first.
Thirty-plus years across restaurants, auto dealers, home services, med spas and franchises — Chick-fil-A, Bojangles, Dairy Queen, Hangry Joe's and dozens of regional brands. Founder of the Live Like Cash Gaudio Foundation. Faith first, results always.
He doesn't do it for ego. He does it because great businesses deserve to look as good online as they are in real life — and to stop losing customers they already earned.

Established in 1997 during Micah Gaudio's time as a student at Liberty University, GO Agency has grown exponentially. It was officially incorporated as a Virginia company in 2001 and rapidly expanded, boasting a team of 27 employees and serving over 1,000 clients. However, in 2011, Micah faced adversity when a now-defunct local bank recalled his loans for another business venture, WakeNSkate Board Shop, leading to bankruptcy.
Driven by his passion for automation and scalable SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions, Micah went on to create several bootstrapped SAAS companies such as XO Loyalty, LevL360, Reward Pads, VIA Mobile Marketing, HowNow Mobile, and Push Mobile Marketing.
In 2021, Micah relaunched GO Agency AI with a clear vision: to empower businesses with cutting-edge digital marketing tools and strategies that were previously accessible only to large corporate marketing departments. With a team of over 1,000+ talented associates and strategic partners, GO Agency AI is dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes achieve success in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Meet the talented professionals powering your success
Micah holds a double major in Communications and Advertising/Public Relations, which he completed at Liberty University. During his time at the university, he showcased his athletic prowess as an All-East Div 1 Decathlete & Pole Vaulter. Additionally, Micah found success as the lead singer of the regional rock band, The NOISE, with the band producing four albums.
Following his university years, Micah ventured into the world of advertising and worked for prominent ad agencies in Tampa, Florida, before eventually returning to Virginia in 2001. Throughout his career, he held various roles within the corporate marketing community, including Senior Account Executive, VP of Creative Services, Creative Director, and Global Marketing Director for GE Medical Systems. In recognition of his achievements, Micah was honored as one of the Top 20 business professionals under the age of 40 by the Blue Ridge Business Journal in 2003, making him the youngest professional to be featured at that time.

Micah's dedication to his community extended beyond his professional endeavors. He actively contributed to various organizations and served on multiple chamber boards. For three years, Micah played a pivotal role as the Marketing/PR & Tourism Chairman and served on the Board of Directors for the Smith Mountain Lake Chamber of Commerce. During his tenure, he spearheaded initiatives such as the introduction of the first Business Expo in Franklin County and the development of a successful "Chamber Champions" program. Simultaneously, Micah served as the PR Chairman for the SML Charity Home Tour, which experienced its most significant revenue gains under his guidance.
Micah's commitment to community involvement continued as he served on the Board of Directors for the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce from 2005 to 2007 and the Bedford County Chamber of Commerce from 2007 to 2010. His passion for making a positive impact led him to sell Lynchburg Living.com and Prototype Advertising, the second magazine he founded, in 2004. In 2007, he further sold Smith Mountain Laker.com Magazine to the Times World Corporation. Utilizing a portion of the proceeds, Micah made substantial contributions to establish the Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy, a K-12 private education facility that opened its doors to students in the fall of 2008. Micah assumed the role of Chairman during this significant endeavor.
Micah's expertise and strategic thinking played a vital role in guiding several businesses through the challenging economic downturn of 2008. Notably, he led successful projects such as the "Closer Than You Think" marketing campaign for the SML Chamber of Commerce and the "Buy Now Roanoke" awareness campaign for the Roanoke Regional Homebuilders Association. Additionally, Micah's exceptional marketing skills were instrumental in developing and executing a marketing plan that enabled BB&T to sell out Bridgewater Pointe, a distressed 24 million dollar condo project, resulting in over 624 contracts secured in less than a month.
Beyond his digital marketing ventures, Micah owned WakeNSkate.com, the third-largest pro wakeboard shop on the east coast, along with a Malibu boat dealership. He embarked on an ambitious project to build the first wakeboard cable and surf park on the east coast in Richmond, VA, adjacent to Kings Dominion. However, this venture faced financial challenges and ultimately led to bankruptcy in 2011.
Learning from his first failed business venture, Micah quickly refocused his energy on Digital Marketing, automated messaging and residual income models. Within 6 months he replaced his income with almost no overhead and no employees, citing "The 4-Hour Work Week" by Tim Ferriss as the reason for his success.
He pioneered the text-to-win a $25K scholarship campaign for Liberty University that enjoyed a 1,066% increase in student applications from music festivals. He also architected the sweetFrog automated digital loyalty system which accounted for a 4,000% ROI for over 400 franchise owners using artificial intelligence and personalized rewards based on customer purchasing behavior.
In the last few years of the decade, Micah has focused on growing his digital agency and several SAAS startups as well as sitting on numerous boards and fractional consulting gigs.

Micah is not married and has two children. His only son Cash Gaudio was murdered in September 2024 in an act of random gun violence. Micah has committed his time and energy to the Live Like Cash Gaudio Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit designated in his son's honor to give scholarships to Christian athletes. In 2026, the foundation has raised over $250,000 and awarded 13 scholarships.
