Micah Gaudio of GO AI Agency took home the Gold SaaSpreneur Award at HighLevel LevelUp 2026 in Dallas... with no employees, no team, and no plan to ever hire one.
One person. One HighLevel agency account. One Gold SaaSpreneur Award, handed to me on gala night, Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas during HighLevel LevelUp 2026, with more than 1,500 founders and agency owners in the room.
HighLevel gives the SaaSpreneur Award in three tiers... Gold, Platinum and Diamond... based on how many businesses you have running on your white-labeled software. Most agencies that win it have a staff. I have a roster of AI Managed Agents and a God who kept me standing when I had no business being on my feet.
This post is the story of how I got there, what HighLevel just announced that makes the next step possible, and why I'm already calling my shot for Diamond in 2027.
The Road to Dallas Started Two Weeks After I Buried My Son
I set this goal two years ago at my very first LevelUp. I walked into that conference two weeks after my son Cash was murdered. He was 19.
I don't remember most of the sessions. I remember sitting in the back of the room thinking I was either going to rebuild my life or disappear. I watched agency owners walk across that stage to collect SaaSpreneur awards and I wrote three words in my notebook: faith, health, business. In that order.
Faith came first because nothing else was going to hold. I founded the Live Like Cash Gaudio Foundation in Cash's name. It has raised over $250,000 and put 13 Live Like Cash Gaudio Scholars through school, with a goal of $1 million by the end of 2028.
Health came second. I'm a former Division I decathlete and I'd let grief take the body God gave me. I got it back one morning at a time.
Business came last, and it came through HighLevel. I'd been building agencies for 15 years. In 2007 I ran one with 27 employees. I went bankrupt in 2011. This time I built it differently: one HighLevel agency account, one operator, and every repeatable job handed to an AI agent instead of a payroll. That's the model I now call the Agency of 1, and it's the model that just won Gold.
I couldn't have done it without HighLevel. Not the software alone... the people. The founders who ship 300-plus features a year. The community that asked me in the hallways of the Anatole how I built this so fast by myself. The support team that answers at 2 AM when it's just me.
What HighLevel Announced in Dallas (and Why It's Built for My Clients)
HighLevel shipped more than 300 features on LevelUp Day, October 27, and unveiled its 2027 roadmap. Gary Vaynerchuk, Daymond John, Neil Patel and Ryan Deiss were on the main stage. But the announcement that stopped me cold was HighLevel Industries.
HighLevel picked three industries to build first: Restaurants, Field Services, and Business Coaching. Those are the exact three I've specialized in for 30 years. I've opened hundreds of restaurants and scaled sweetFrog past 500 stores with 5 million loyalty members. I've run campaigns for home-service contractors since the Google Maps days in 2005. And coaches are the backbone of my Agency of 1 community. HighLevel just turned my niche into their roadmap.
Here's what each one means for a business owner, in plain English:
Industries ships as part of the new Founder Plan (the old Agency Pro plan, renamed, with Project Management, Workflow Maps, Meeting Rooms and Loyalty bundled in). GO AI Agency is a Founder Plan agency with private beta access to Restaurants and Field Services today, and Business Coaching lands in the next 30 days. Every client I onboard gets it the day it's live.
The other announcements I'm already deploying for clients:
Every one of those features is a job I used to pay a human to do.
Next Year: Diamond. Same Headcount: One.
I'm saying it in public so you can hold me to it. At LevelUp 2027, I want to walk across that stage for the Diamond SaaSpreneur Award. And I want to do it the same way I won Gold... me, myself, and AI, with God's help.
No hires. No offshore team. No "we" on the About page that's really just me hiding behind a logo. My team page at goagency.com is already honest about it: every name on it is an AI Managed Agent, except Ceara and Lacee, who are the two real humans in my corner. Hikona runs operations. Jacob runs projects. Morgan runs the books. Maya runs PR. Sarah runs ads. They don't sleep, they don't quit, and they get better every week HighLevel ships.
Here's why that matters to you, not just to me. Every coach you follow has a team you can't see. I don't. What works for me will work for you, because I'm doing it the same way you are... alone.
Gold to Diamond is a jump in sub-accounts, and Industries is how I get there. A restaurant owner doesn't buy a CRM. He buys a full house on a Tuesday. A roofer doesn't buy workflows. He buys the job he would've lost to the guy who called back first. A coach doesn't buy a membership site. She buys a renewal she didn't have to chase. That's what I sell, and HighLevel just made it one login.
If I hit Diamond in 2027 as an Agency of 1, it proves the model. If I don't, you'll watch me try in public, every step documented at AgencyOf1.org.
Want Your Own Army of AI Managed Agents?
If you run a restaurant, a field-service company or a coaching business alone, you're exactly who HighLevel built Industries for... and exactly who I built GO AI Agency for.
I run an Agency of 1... and so can you.
