This Week's New Platform Features We've Enabled For You — August 15

I thought it would be nice for you guys to see the new features we can pile on a weekly basis. This is just one week of new features that the platform releases that we sift through and enable in your account. If you'd like to see more, I'll keep this in a blog each week.

By far, the biggest feature release this week is the new Events platform and the AI Voice upgrades — you'll start noticing your AI agents getting smarter, faster, and quicker. Honestly, the pace of releases right now is staggering, and I want to make sure you never feel like you're missing out on something you're already paying for.

On a personal note — in this day and age, it's hard to believe anyone is still using WordPress. With AI Studio, we've launched over 50 websites in the last few months, at a much quicker pace than traditional website building. If you're still wrestling with a clunky CMS, let's talk.

Pretty soon there will be no need to use Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude as separate tools, because AI is built directly into the platform itself. And best of all, you get it at a fraction of the price, because we buy in bulk — at massive scale. That's the whole point of being under the GO Agency umbrella.

Feature of the Week: Pinterest Post Sync

This one's a game-changer for anyone running visual content. Pinterest Post Sync automatically imports your existing Pinterest pins into the Social Planner, so you can manage past and new content from one place. Synced fields include caption, thumbnail, board reference, and engagement details, and everything refreshes daily.

Pins from the last 30 days sync by default. If there isn't enough recent activity, older pins — up to 12 months — get pulled in too. Both public pins and secret pins from private boards sync automatically. Insights like saves, comments, impressions, and reactions refresh every 24 hours (not real-time). One thing to note: native synced video pins can't be cloned into new posts due to a Pinterest v5 API limitation, but image pins can. Deleted pins remain in the planner until the next daily sync, and the sync is one-way — Pinterest to Social Planner, not the other way around.

Board organization, alt text, and destination link tracking are preserved where Pinterest's API allows. If you want deeper analytics like audience demographics and engagement rate breakdowns, you'll need a Pinterest Business account — that's a Pinterest API restriction, not ours. Both Pinterest Personal and Business accounts are supported.

Priority #2: Conversations AI Channel Management

This is the feature I've been waiting for. You can now control which bot replies, where, and to whom. Bots can be assigned directly to specific channels and respond independently — which eliminates the old "Primary Bot" bottleneck and the need for complex workflows just to run a second bot.

Important caveat: once enabled, any agent assigned via Update Conversation AI Bot and Status responds on ALL channels. The old "Supported Channels" setting is deprecated and no longer controls where an agent responds. So if you've been relying on that setting, heads up — the behavior changes once you turn this on.

    The Big Release: Events

This is the one I'm most excited about. You can now build and manage events with integrated registration, ticketing, and check-in — all from one place. Branded event pages, ticket sales, registration management, QR code check-in. It supports in-person, online, and hybrid events: webinars, workshops, conferences, meetups, classes — whatever you're running.

Here's what's included: free, paid, RSVP, online, and hybrid events; branded pages with Custom CSS; pricing tiers, coupons, and add-ons; online payments; QR check-in; event schedules and speaker sessions; embeddable pages for Funnels or external sites; and attendee activity synced to CRM and workflows. To enable it, flip the Labs toggle on your sub-account, then go to Memberships and Events. Note: a connected payment provider is required for paid tickets.

The Big Release: Voice AI Speech-to-Speech (S2S) Models — Beta

Labs now supports S2S models from OpenAI and Google — native voice-to-voice, with much lower latency than the old speech-to-text to LLM to text-to-speech pipeline. A single end-to-end model understands conversational context, instructions, and speech nuance better, which means more natural responses, better turn-taking, and fewer transcription errors. It's optimized for speed and cost, making it a great fit for voice agents, phone calls, and interactive conversations.

    Social & Content Sync Roundup

Threads Post Sync imports existing Threads posts into the Social Planner — caption, media, thumbnails, location tags, and engagement — refreshed daily. It supports text, image, video, carousel (up to 20 items), GIF, and poll posts for viewing; all except polls can be cloned. Sync is one-way, and engagement metrics include views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes, and shares.

GBP Post Sync imports existing Google Business Profile posts into the Social Planner — summary text, media, CTAs, event details, and offers — refreshed daily. Cloning is limited to single-image or text-only posts, and only Business Profile accounts are supported, not personal Google accounts.

    AI & Voice Features

Voice AI now has a Send WhatsApp Message action — your Voice AI agents can send WhatsApp messages during calls. You'll need a WhatsApp-enabled phone number and an approved WhatsApp template. Enable it via Labs, and it appears as an action in Agent Builder.

Prompt Optimizer for Conversations AI tests and improves a prompt before it goes live — it generates chat scenarios, runs real test conversations, scores results, and suggests improved prompt variations. Changes only apply when you manually approve them.

Prompt Optimizer for Voice AI does the same for voice: it auto-generates caller scenarios, runs real test calls, scores pass/fail with AI reasoning, and rewrites failing prompts — either a single "Improvise" or up to 5 "Auto Optimize" variations. Your live agent is never changed automatically; you review the diff and approve. You get 20 free testing minutes per day per location.

Agent Studio: Managed Agents (formerly Super Agents) lets you build prompt-based agents with a prompt, knowledge base, web search, and integrations — running in chat or on triggers.

Email AI Beta 2.0 generates on-brand emails from a reference URL or image, with Assist Mode prompting help, deeper Brand Board integration, smarter layouts, transparent step-by-step generation, and built-in version control with undo/redo.

Brand New Funnel AI and Website AI puts an AI chatbot inside the Funnel Builder — build from scratch or clone any site from a URL or screenshot, make bulk edits via chat across all pages, work in any language, and apply SEO best practices automatically.

AI Studio — Build Websites by Talking

AI Studio lets you build multi-page websites, funnels, applications, and interactive components through natural conversation — no coding required. There are no hosting charges, and tokens are free during the Labs phase. After launch, there's transparent pass-through pricing with a free tier. Like I said — we've already launched over 50 sites with this. WordPress who?

    Integrations & Migrations

TikTok Lead Ads Marketplace Migration gives early access to the next-gen TikTok Lead Ads integration with stronger security, more reliable connections, and faster rollout of future features. Existing workflows are unaffected — no extra configuration needed.

Slack Marketplace Migration brings early access to the next-gen Slack integration with better security, more reliable connections, and the ability to connect multiple Slack workspaces in one place.

LinkedIn Marketplace Migration gives early access to the next-gen LinkedIn integration with better security and authorization, more reliable connections, and the foundation for future multi-account LinkedIn support coming later.

    Platform Updates

Scheduled Sync for Google Drive lets you turn on Automatic Sync for any Google Drive file in the knowledge base — checked once a day. Edit the doc in Drive and the AI picks up changes automatically, no re-upload needed. It's per-file control, and if a file is deleted or access is lost, sync stops and you're notified rather than silently training on nothing. Great use case: price lists that change monthly. Skip static docs like an old handbook.

The New Unified Client Portal Experience brings Dashboard, Courses, Communities, billing, shared files, and account settings into one consistent, branded navigation across desktop and mobile. It includes a redesigned dashboard, new Communities UI, faster page loads, and SEO-ready public Course and Community pages. Enable it via Client Portal then Dashboard in your sub-account. Existing links and routing keep working, and private or gated content stays protected. Released via Labs.

Show and Require Opportunity Fields Conditionally lets you show, hide, or require opportunity fields based on the deal's pipeline, stage, or field values, using AND/OR logic. You can require fields be completed before saving. It works in Add, Edit, and bulk-edit on web and mobile — validation applies to web and mobile saves, not Public API or workflow updates. Enable via Labs, then go to Settings and Custom Fields to build rules. Nothing changes until an admin creates the first rule, and it's configured per sub-account.

Messaging Compliance Revamp brings a redesigned Messaging Compliance settings page covering opt-out, sender info, and periodic opt-out controls.

Audio Settings for Voice Calls gives you a new Audio Settings panel to choose ringtone output speakers, call audio output speaker, and microphone per call, with test buttons to preview your selections.

Email Action in Company and Custom Object Workflows lets you send automated emails directly from Company and Custom Object workflows to associated contacts — without extra workflow logic.

Global Search V2 is one search bar across the whole platform — contacts, opportunities, conversations, calendars, funnels, settings pages. It opens with Cmd or Ctrl+K, supports scoped or all-product search, and even supports voice commands.

New Launchpad (Beta) is a structured onboarding workspace with steps grouped into categories — foundational setup, marketing, communication, website and monetization — with video walkthroughs featuring Picture-in-Picture and automatic progress tracking.

Preference Management for email unsubscription lets contacts set granular communication preferences by category. Campaigns automatically exclude contacts whose preferences don't match, which improves compliance and deliverability. It requires several Labs toggles enabled at the location level and is irreversible once turned on.
